What can you expect from our labs?

  • Duration: A Tangram Lab cohort is 6 months long and structured around our exclusive Tangram Formula, our 6 secrets to learning success that we lean on as a team and in our work with our clients.

  • Structure: The cohort meets virtually every other week. Each meeting is facilitated, and participants have the opportunity to discuss our learning content, present challenges, seek advice, and share success stories.

  • Community Platform: We use the industry-leading NovoEd platform to facilitate learning, communication, and collaboration between sessions. This is where you access our learning content, have opportunities to share resources, pose questions, and continue the conversation outside of our virtual meetings.

  • Activities: We have designed flexible options for the cohort application activities so you can choose the best fit for your individual growth goals. We will guide you to set learning goals up front that will personalize your experience.

  • Expert Guests: To enrich the experience, we invite guest facilitators and industry experts to share their expertise with the cohort.

  • Confidentiality: We prioritize creating a safe and secure environment where you can confidently express yourself. That's why all conversations within the labs are strictly confidential. We kindly ask our members to respect each other's privacy and refrain from sharing any sensitive information outside of the group. We ask members to sign an NDA to support this goal.

  • Commitment: Active participation is crucial for the success of a lab. We encourage attendees to attend as many sessions as possible and actively engage in discussions and activities.
