  • Short eLearning Modules

    This module is part of a training series for new restaurant crew. In this module, new Guest Service Representatives experience their first shift in a safe (and highly interactive!) online environment before getting on the floor to practice live.​

  • Practice Activities

    At every opportunity, we create realistic and fun activities where learners can make decisions and learn from the feedback. This activity is for Expeditors to learn how to assemble an order as items come from the kitchen.

  • Live Action Videos

    Our videos have focused step-by-step clips that are easy for learners to grasp and use for reference. Video is great for procedures that are less intuitive for team members to learn or that are commonly missed.

  • HTML Games

    We created this special HTML game for our client—a “sandwich game” with an achievement approach where learners can practice or test themselves and get points for building and memorizing different menu items.​

  • On-the-Floor Support Tools

    With our digital training checklists and certifications, trainers are able to easily do training and capture digital performance notes on the floor, and trainees are able to use a tablet to complete on-the-floor activities.
